Vegan Mac Attack

This house-made veggie-filled pasta sauce is the thing vegan dreams are made of! Our dreamy sauce combines perfectly seasoned cashew & carrot "cheese", to which we add tomatoes, finely minced onions and spinach, served over gluten-free brown rice pasta and finished with roasted garlic flax seeds.
