Rainbow Chickpea Strata

Love these Layers: Chickpeas marinated in a made-in-house red wine vinaigrette, grape tomatoes, bell peppers, shaved radish, edamame, quinoa, kale that's received a spa massage, and topped with roasted garlic flax seeds.

Ways to Enjoy a Strata Jar:

Dump the contents into a bowl, toss and serve. Refrigerate leftovers in the jar and consume within 24 hours. 

Increase the number of servings by dividing it over extra greens, grains or try it as a filling for wraps!
