Cruciferous Crunch

This salad has been adoringly nicknamed "Carnivore Crack" because even avid meat eaters can't resist this jar of wholesome veggies! (Don't tell them cruciferous vegetables are insanely healthy and have anti-cancer properties.)

We start with tofu that marinates in our house made Maple Sesame dressing, then layer shredded purple cabbage, matchstick carrots, Brussel sprout confetti, buckwheat, Napa cabbage & kale, then top with slivered almonds and dried cranberries. 

Ways to Enjoy a Strata Jar:

Dump the contents into a bowl, toss and serve. Refrigerate leftovers in the jar and consume within 24 hours. 

Increase the number of servings by dividing it over extra greens, grains or try it as a filling for wraps!
